Known for its high altitude, diverse microclimates, and unique terroir, the Uco Valley provides the ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality grapes. Here, we discovered an 85-hectare piece of land that would soon become the heart of Alpasión. This pristine, untouched land, ripe for cultivation, promised the perfect canvas to create something truly extraordinary. The valley’s elevation, well-draining alluvial soils, and access to meltwater from the Andes Mountains ensures the production of grapes with exceptional flavor and balance.
