Alpasión Lodge features seven spacious and uniquely styled rooms, each designed to reflect a different element or natural material: Metal, Wood, Earth, Air, Water, Cork, and Fire. Each room is equipped with modern amenities including cable TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a Nespresso machine. Six rooms offer private terraces with breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains, and three rooms can be configured with twin beds upon request for added flexibility. Breakfast is included in your stay, featuring traditional Argentine assortments served between 8-11 am.

Enjoy fire-based cooking methods like BBQ or “Parrilla,” clay ovens, and cast iron casseroles over wood. Our fresh ingredients come straight from our garden or are locally sourced, and each dish is perfectly paired with our own wines. Whether relaxing in the outdoor lounge or warming up by the fire, we invite you to savor an authentic Argentine dining experience.

Breakfast is served at your convenience, and always available from 8-11 am). It is included in your room rate and features a typical Argentine assortment of fresh home-made pastries, fresh fruit salad, and fresh fruit juice and eggs. All breads and pastries are homemade and baked daily. The yogurt, almond milk, and jams are also made on site. The honey comes from the bees that we have at the far end of the farm. The salmon is also cured on site. Early morning coffee can be available on request the night before.
LUNCH: 12:30 – 3:30 pm, is available at our restaurant.
DINNER: 8 – 11 pm, is available at the lodge or restaurant.
UPON REQUEST
• Take-away “picnic lunch” normally consisting of cold meats, sandwiches, fruit, water and the wine of your choice.
• “Snack in a Bag” fresh seasonal fruit, fresh cookies, and bottled water.
• Light Lunch consisting of a light soup and salad from our garden, cheeses and cold meats.
• Alpasión Signature Sandwiches and Burger on homemade bread are available throughout the day.
Beverages: We hope you will enjoy our Alpasión wines. In addition, we are pleased to provide scotch, rum, whiskey, liqueurs, beer, and soft drinks among others. Prices and a wine list are available with our staff.
The Iron or Metal Element brings out the “alchemist” and judge in us. Here we can be inspired by the metals and crystals that surround us in our world: we find the diamond within each of us, learn to respect ourselves and others, and find self-reliance.
The Fire Element brings out the wizard and socializer in us. This room inspires enthusiasm, creativity, expansive energy, and emotional warmth.
The Earth Element is the most powerful of all the Elements. It is the source of stability, home to material wealth and abundance, connected with our hearts, and evokes our thoughtfulness and practicality
The Wood Element brings out the Pioneer and Strategist in us. The room emphasizes our ability to be strong and flexible, generous and idealistic. It brings us together with springtime – the beginning of life.
The Air Element is as basic to our lives as breathing itself and therefore brings out our ability to be at peace in our thoughts. We learn to turn a destructive wind into a soft, gentle breeze, and harness the healing energy around us.
The Water Element brings out our nurturing, philosophical side. It is a huge and powerful force of life, and when Water is in balance, we know how to use our resources wisely.

Please note that to preserve the serene ambiance of our retreat, Alpasión Lodge welcomes children aged 8 and older as well as adults. We thank you for your understanding as we endeavor to provide a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests to enjoy.
