Exciting developments are underway at Alpasion as we continue to make steady progress on the construction of our new La Huella, a wine tasting and dining extravaganza. The project is advancing across multiple areas, and we are thrilled to see the vision of this unique space taking shape, promising to offer visitors an unparalleled sensory experience when completed.
La Huella is more than just a tasting room—it’s designed to be a stunning venue where guests can immerse themselves in the best of Alpasion’s icon wines through carefully curated wine tastings. Additionally, it will highlight the finest of Argentinian cuisine, creating a seamless blend of wine and food that reflects the richness of our region’s flavors.
The basic construction of the ground floor is already complete, with walls installed and floor tiles beautifully laid. The focus has now shifted to interior work, where attention to detail is key. The wooden covering for the staircase has arrived and is currently being installed, adding a natural, elegant touch to the design. Our iconic Alpasion fingerprint, which is a central feature on the exterior, is also being installed inside, providing a symbolic connection to our brand’s essence.
As part of the ongoing maintenance work, the steel pillars are being meticulously cleaned by our team and treated to prevent rust, ensuring they remain in pristine condition. Meanwhile, the electrical system is being installed on the ground floor. Once inspected by the city, we will be able to proceed with finishing the ceiling and move forward with the next exciting steps, such as interior decoration and the final touches that will bring La Huella to life.
The reception counters and tasting room counters have already been delivered and are eagerly awaiting installation. The lamps, which will illuminate the space with a warm and inviting ambiance, are also on hand, ready to be put in place.
In the bathrooms, progress is particularly visible. The toilets and handmade stone washbasins are installed and look stunning against the blue stone walls. This combination gives a preview of the quiet elegance that will define the atmosphere of La Huella.
Work in the kitchen is well underway, with the walls and floors now complete. However, there is still a lot to do before the kitchen is fully operational, as appliances and stations have yet to be installed. Like the rest of the ground floor, the kitchen still requires the installation of ventilation and electricity systems before we can proceed with the finishing touches that will support the dining extravaganza aspect of La Huella.
The second floor is still in its early stages, with work remaining on raising the walls and building and tiling the floors. However, we are confident that the same attention to detail and craftsmanship will bring the upper level to life, creating a welcoming and sophisticated space for our guests to enjoy.
As construction moves forward, the anticipation for the opening of La Huella continues to grow. This space is not only designed to be visually stunning but also to serve as the ultimate destination for wine lovers and food enthusiasts to experience Alpasion’s icon wines paired with delicious Argentinian cuisine.
