Making sure you get a chance to taste our passion for all our wines is central to any visit to Alpasión. As part of that, we opened a stunning new purpose-built La Huella wine tasting space, where we will be showcasing our award-winning wines for you to try.
Created in the fertile Uco Valley of Mendoza, each of our wines will take you on a journey through the unique terroir that makes our region so special. With each sip you will discover the subtleties and history behind our wines, as we blend tradition and innovation in every bottle.
Guided by our knowledgeable wine expert, you will explore the distinctiveness of our organically cultivated grapes and savor the complexity of our expressive wines, characterized by fine tannins, balanced acidity, and a lingering, satisfying finish. You will learn and taste how our wines are crafted with meticulous dedication to reveal the finest expressions of high-altitude viticulture.
To accompany the wine, there is some delicious regional food on offer daily to whet your palette and satisfy your taste buds further, along with live music and entertainment during some of our weekend tasting sessions. There is also a chance to create and bottle your own blend of wine, including you own personalized wine label, adding to the unique experience at La Huella.
La Huella opens every day from 10am to 6pm, and from 10am to midnight on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Join us and come and taste our portfolio of honest, iconic wines, proudly created with sustainability, soul and passion in every drop.
